Sometimes cute hairstyles get so intricate or your child just needs more hair to be able to accomplish the style. Although I do like to try styles that are more intricate sometimes, it can be nice to have a really cute toddler hairstyle that takes less than 5 minutes.
This simple toddler elastic hairstyle is one that can be done in just a few minutes and can also be done on hair of all lengths. Even if your toddler is working on growing their locks, you only need a small front portion. Like most of my styles, I like to work with wet hair and use spray gel as I go to help eliminate fly-aways.

To get this Simple Toddler Elastic Hairstyle:
1. Section the front portion of the hair near the head into 3 different sections and secure each with an elastic.
2. Separate the middle ponytail into two sections. Combine half of the hair from this middle ponytail with the ponytail on the right front and the other half of the hair to the left side.
3. You should have started with 3 ponytails and have now combined into two. Take the hair from the remaining 2 ponytails and combine into 1.
Although this is a really simple style, for me it’s easier to see how it’s done hands on, rather than reading text. I always make sure how to explain styles, but sometimes I wonder if it can be confusing or if I’m even using the right words! Never fear, the video below will show you just how simple and cute this style is to achieve.
